Left 4 Dead shows love to Night of the Living Dead
Posted December 25, 2008 – in: Games, Movies

Most of you who have played through Left 4 Dead are probably aware of it’s homage to the Night of the Living Dead film series directed by Pittsburgh native George Romero. While playing the airport map today I noticed the following billboard and was suprised to find the Allegheny National forest, which is located outside of Pittsburgh, location of several of the film shoots including the original. Nice to see game developers paying tribute their inspirations. Its the mark of a dedicated and passionate development team.
Anyways, here is the billboard if you are interested.
