Left 4 Dead (A SickPillz hosting adventure Part III) Remote Commander

Hello,
I have written several posts about my experiences with hosting a Left 4 Dead dedicated server on a linux box. There are still a few issues I have not yet worked out i.e. logging but as I pick away at these problems I look for new ways to make administrating the server easier. Recently I came across a remote management tool call Left 4 Dead Remote Commander. A simple php and java based rcon interface that allows you to admin your server. I have been trying to get it to work in a sub-directory on sickpillz but I have still run into some issues. I have included a link to the site where I first found the software, my install attempt, and where the source can be had. Any insight as to why I cannot replicate the same results under a sub-directory would be greatly appreciated.

how do you actually get the source and install it on your website? i click source and i get a google info page. wtf?
