The latest evidence of the Valve strategy can be found by recent statements made by Jason Holtman, Valves director of business development and legal affairs. It runs extremely well on consumer grade bandwidth with a decently spec'd out Linux box. I still can't get logging working but I am going try a few things and see what I can do.
